How To Send A Package To Our Orlando Hotel Suite

Can I send packages or receive mail at the hotel?

For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort.  The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.  In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee.  The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note:  For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge.  Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

The staff when we checked in were very attentive and we noticed every time someone walked in, or out, they were greeted by name. The staff smiled and genuinely cared and served us. To us, this level of customer service is what every business needs. Well done staySky! The suites are spacious and super clean.
