For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the hotel. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing email@example.com. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).
Smoking is not permitted in hotel suites. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking locations only. Should evidence of smoking be discovered inside your suite, a $250 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.
Cannabis: We expect all guests staying at staySky Suites I-Drive Orlando to be aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding the use of cannabis and related products in accordance with the Florida Statue which does not allow for the smoking of cannabis, regardless of medical status, in any public area. Public areas at this hotel include the pool area, parking area, building corridors and courtyards, and all other areas, indoor and outdoor, throughout the property. Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $250 and eviction from the property.

We currently do not offer tickets for purchase at our hotel. You may purchase Disney Theme Park Tickets online through our ticket website; additionally, please be advised that you will also need to make a theme park reservation. Tickets for Universal Orlando and SeaWorld can be purchased online or at their ticket counters.
Yes, we offer coin operated washer and dryers on the fourth floor. If you need dry cleaning services please check with the front desk.
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. Please check with the Front Desk for the Wi-Fi password.
During the winter months the pool is heated. The pool is open from dawn until dusk.
Yes, parking is included in the daily resort fee for registered guests of the hotel. Parking passes are required.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation, but we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.
Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.
Our daily resort fee is $4.95 per day and includes complimentary parking, wifi, pool towels, and use of our fitness center.
We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please email email@example.com or note them at the time of your reservation.

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process. Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save. Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit paid at time of reservation or charged one night room & tax.
Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or full payment based upon the rate plan you select, the deposit amount is clearly stated in the reservation process. Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation. The deposit is to guarantee your reservation.

We are approximately 8 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort.
No we do not have a full restaurant; however, there are plenty of restaurants along Canada Avenue, Sand Lake Road and Carrier Drive within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, there’s an excellent selection of restaurants along International Drive. Click here to view local dining options nearby.
For everyone’s health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to “lost and found” items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out so nothing gets left behind. Thank you for your understanding.
