For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the hotel. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing reservations@stayskysuitesidriveorlando.com. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).
