Experience nonstop fun by celebrating Mardi Gras at Universal Orlando®

January 31, 2020

One of the most exciting and colorful events of the year at Universal Studios is about to begin and you simply can’t miss it. From February 1 to April 2 Universal Orlando Resort presents the annual Mardi Gras’s party that is now celebrating their 25th anniversary.

If you never had the opportunity to visit New Orleans to enjoy this amazing party, you should definitely visit Universal for a taste of the real thing. And if you have visited the original Mardi Gras’s before, we are sure this family-friendly version won’t disappoint you either. Get ready for a special night parade that features street performers, colorful costumes and plenty of shiny beads that will be flying straight at you from the parade floats. The kids always have a blast collecting several beads during the parade and enjoying the music and the authentic food throughout the day.

If you love the Cajun cuisine and delicious desserts you will definitely enjoy this event. There’s a mini street with lots of tents set up with authentic Cajun dishes available for purchase. We’re talking Po’ Boys, jambalaya, spiral fries and delicious funnel cakes.
