Disney After Hours is Back!

January 27, 2017

Disney rolled out the Disney After Hours event last year and it is back again for its 2017 edition! The event offers a very exclusive ticket to experience Magic Kingdom at night and without huge crowds.  Guests who purchase the Disney After Hours tickets are allowed in the park as early as 7pm and the event starts at either 8pm or 9pm, depending on which date you pick. When the event starts, only guests holding Disney After Hours tickets are allowed in the park and they only sells a limited number of tickets each night to ensure guests will be able to experience all attractions without having to wait in long queue lines.

Disney After Hours is Back!

Last year, character encounters had a very short wait time: Talking Mickey was 15 minutes, Cinderella and Rapunzel was 5 minutes and Anna and Elsa was 10 minutes. You heard that right! Only 10 minutes to meet the most sought-after princesses of all time! That alone is worth it if you have a true fan of the Arendelle princesses in your party!

Disney first announced this event at $149+ tax last year and the event ran until 2am. This time around tickets actually cost $119 + tax and the events won’t go past midnight. We are thrilled that Disney actually made the event more affordable and more family-friendly by ending the event earlier.

The event definitely feels very exclusive and you get to enjoy FREE (or included in the admission price) ice cream, water, sodas and popcorn! Seriously! Mickey bars, Mickey sandwiches, Mango cream, strawberry lemonade, banana-covered chocolate… all of them! Eat as many as you want.

If you are interested in attending this event, we suggest purchasing your tickets as soon as possible as they will go fast! Here are the details:
