We offer complimentary shuttle service to all of the major theme parks. So, kick back and relax. We’ll drive!

Vacationing in Orlando is a dream come true to people from all over the world. Some of our guests at staySky Suites I-Drive Orlando travel to Orlando by plane, others by car and we always get questions about what is the best way to get around once you arrive in Orlando. When looking for Orlando vacation rentals, one of the things we always suggest is to check if the hotel you are booking offers theme park shuttles, since the theme parks are one of the main reasons why people visit Orlando.

Blue Shuttle bus to theme parks

At staySky Suites I-Drive Orlando we provide complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando and Sea World. Some people may think that this is only a benefit for guests who traveled by plane and won’t have a car to get around the city. However, we have found that many of our guests that drive to Orlando also choose to enjoy this service.  That is because many people enjoy the fact that they won’t have to drive and deal with traffic during their vacation, but it is also because of financial reasons. Parking at the theme parks can add up quite fast if you are visiting many parks during your trip.

Parking charges at the theme parks are currently:

  • Walt Disney World Resort: $25 per day for regular parking per day or $45 for preferred parking per day.
  • Universal Orlando Resort: $26 per day for regular parking per day or $32 for prime parking per day.
  • SeaWorld Orlando: $20 per day for regular parking per day or $25 for up-close parking and $35 for VIP parking per day.

If you consider that Orlando has more than 10 theme parks and water parks, it is safe to say that people usually visit around 4-8 parks during their visit to Orlando if they are staying for a week or two. That in itself would be an extra $100-$200+ you would need to budget to simply pay for parking. So, booking a hotel that offers free shuttles can help you save some money.

Orlando is a city that doesn’t quite offer many public transportation options, so the best way to get around is definitely by car. You could always rent a car or get an Uber or a taxi to visit other places like shopping malls, outlets, and other entertainment places. But being able to rely on shuttle transportation to go to theme parks is already a big help for sure!

It also helps when your hotel offers other amenities included in the hotel service fee like hot breakfast, self-parking, wi-fi connection, business center access and more. These are just some of the amenities offered at staySky Suites I-Drive Orlando.

Come visit us for a magical vacation in Orlando and let us do the driving while you sit back and enjoy the view! We hope to see you soon!
